PART TIME / FULL-TIME PROJECT MANAGER

It is to go above and beyond client expectations while handling their program.

As a key ambassador of the company, create and maintain excellent client relationships by providing extraordinary and consistent customer service. Rather than being reactive to the client’s needs, the person needs to be proactive and anticipatory.

• Manage programs as assigned, with all aspects of service from transportation, décor, F&B, entertainment, tours, scheduling and managing field staff, finances, etc.
• Assist in decision-making regarding proposal ideas, strategies, general program management and troubleshooting.
• Be onsite at properties/venues to oversee the successful operation of their events, as well as attending pre-cons, post-cons, site inspections or other related activities.
• Assist in all areas needed to maintain excellent service.
• Be familiar with Monaco, Nice and Cannes venues, tours and properties.
• Ability to break down a transportation manifest, order transportation as needed and maintain the program to provide best possible service, while maintaining profitability.
• Respect the venues policies and procedures with which you are working.
• Reliable transportation, drivers’ license useful.
• Languages: English and French. Any other language is added value.
• Represent DreamCatcher in a professional and corporate friendly manner.
